What fish would these be

Saw these fish on Reuters news site and wondered what they would be. They must be pretty tough if they are living in a hot spring pool.

They called it chin-chin or doctor fish.

Well actually there are two kinds of doctor fish:

First one is the cichlid version, which you just provided. They came from china. Not sure what is the scientific name.

The second Garra Ruffa, a cyprinid variety.

i like them id like to have eather one, i kinda like the different colors of the cichlid tho.. wounder if you can get them?
