what food is good for fh

i have 2 fh now and it seems like they are picky eaters i use ching mix and they seem to like it frozen blood worms they love. dried brim shrimp they like ok but other than that i cant seem to find what they like i have only had 1 for a week now and the other one for 3 days any help would be awesome thanks!!!!!!

I would suggest you try New Life Spectrum, Azoo and Hikari. These 3 are good food items. Ching Mix and Grand sumo should ideally be used as supplements and not staples...

Market shrimp can also be given on a daily basis...

I feed mine Hikari Bio-gold and Omega One daily. Along with market shrimp and vitamin soaked jumbo krill 1-2 times a week.

Every now and then I'll give her some Massivore and OSI for a bit of change.
