Well, if they were from rich, they are on cichlid gold pellets, but if from anyone else, id try frozen bloodworms, or fd krill.
I fed mine pellets but...I had them since inch.
Id try krill,market shrimp, or blood worms.
Btw, It's interesting to see that you "love" oscars and have pbass'. ;]

you guys need to do your homework first before a purchase...at 1.5 inches they should be fed nothing but live... live black worms, blood worm, guppies and minnows.
lol im known to have weird combos of fish. right now i have two oscars, a silver aro, two pbass and an angel fish haha. its weird that they all get along. lol
but i bought my pbass some frozen blood worms... they are probably still getting use to the tank. ill try feeding em in a day or two.
