They both are good food no doubt. But if you can, buy both of them. Feed your FH with CM until it is near to done developing(1 year - 3 years old) then you can start feeding it GSR to bring out the color a little more(GSR is best for FH with red color only).
Both!!! NLS (new life spectrum) is also good and hikari cichlid gold. I have all. Krill also brings out the colour.
there are many alternatives and many brands. grand sumo and hai feng are the 2 most expensive food for flowerhorn that i know of. to keep it short its really what your budget can afford. on the side note. there are alot of other fh food that are just as good as grand sumo and chingmix and its alot cheaper.
