So I'm redoing my 75 gallon (it still holds water, and I moved my RES to the 90 gallon), and I was wondering what you guys think. No snakes, monitors, tegus, or iguanas though... Here's what I thought:

Option A: Some type of tropical gecko to breed (if I choose not to do this option I will probably do it later on in a 40 gallon tall tank. Probably gargoyle geckos, crested geckos, some kind of day gecko, or lygodactylus williamsi)

Option B: Chinese Water Dragon (I know it would need to be upgraded eventually, and I would be willing to do that (however, I think this is the option my parents are least likely to go for...)

Option C: Turtles (either a florida softshell or Pelomedusa subafra, although possibly a better known type like a chicken turtle or a mississippi map turtle).

Option D: Your suggestions!

Probably going to just use the tank for a midas cichlid now. Parents would rather see fish in the tank, and they think midas cichlids look good (seeing as my mom loves blood parrots).

dude if ur looking for a cool turtle id go for the chiapas giant musk turtle they look bad ass and will only reach 10" or im personally getting a red footed tortoise.
