What types of fruit do you feed your RTC's I've never had mine even sample anything that I've tried to drop in the tank... I think he's spoiled on the "good stuff" LOL

i've heard of apples, grapes, strawberrys and some citrus fruits being eaten not sure about the citrus not sure if its good for them in the wild they eat what ever falls into the water so shouldn't be hard to get them to eat other foods
Bannannas seem to work good for me sometimes. Like any food you may have to starve them to get them to try it the first time if you really want them to eat it. If you are just looking for the vitamins for your fish you can try hiding fruit inside meat. He might reject it though.
I might have to try that... I am actually looking to make sure that he's getting enough variety in his diet, But I swear to god he's being a spoiled brat everytime I drop in something other than meat... seems he'd rather starve than eat it but it might work if I hid it in the meat... If you feed whole frozen fish you can just stuff fruit down it's mouth before feeding it to them.
what about irwini? i've been reading that they like to eat fruits...but what kinds? and hows the best way to prepare them???
