What gender and what are these guys?

I recently bought 2 cichlids that were marked as synspilum I'm pretty sure one of them is a synspilum and a other is a hybrid synspilum. Can you guys help me find the gender?

Yeah you can't really sex them by looking at them, you would need to vent them. They look awesome by the way.
