What gender are my babies??

Hey,

I have an 11 month old red devil and a 10 month old flowerhorn and I am having a confused.experience trying to determine who, if either, is male. I'm including pictures to the best of my ability. They're hard to chase around with the camera and all they wanna do is eat my face off.

I’m sorry I can’t help you on the middevil for lack of knowledge but I’m sure the flowerhorn is male though I see why you could be confused (An awesome one what at that. What a solid zz Red dragon strain). Although he has the double flowering which is more commonly seen in females but not necessarily a female trait he doesn’t have any flowering on the dorsal which is usually a dead giveaway for a female flowerhorn. Safe to say male.
