What Gravel will be better for Black Arowana ?

Hi,

I can't decide what gravel will be better for my tank with Black Arowana. I will have 3 or 4 big Malaysian Driftwood inside the tank.

What do you think ?

I use a mix of 90% crushed Garnet stone/ 10% black sand.

This is mainly as the red of the Garnet is the best for bringing out the contrast of my Bichirs, and the little black seems to add to the "green-ness" of them.

I find that it brings out nice shades on my Black Aro too.

I like the 3rd one that you've have listed, but i also found the black gravel on that site, that seems to be nice as well.

I don't think the aro really cares since it doesn't use the gravel much.
Its a top dweller. Personally I'll go with barebottom

I had barebottom, twice - it was ease to keep clean etc.

I had black gravel as well. It was little too dark for me. It is impossible now to paint the bottom

I decided to go with 3rd - Rio Grande and I will mix it with Torpedo Beach - http://www.bigalsonline.com/Fish_Su...rals-Torpedo-Beach-Substrates.html?tc=default

We'll see how it will look
