What happened to it's tail?

the tail is okay, still eating, motoro in the karantine container, water change about once a day in that box, in the maintank about 500 liters in 3 days. in about 800 liters aquarium, there are about 10 motoro and about 20 clown loach. i dont know the spot is because bite, salt, or parisite? i use melafix , salt and heater for the treatment, is it okey use salt in main tank?

what happened to the tail though?? 800Liters is about 210 gallons what is your filtration thats a hell of a bio load on that tank.... salt wont hurt the main tank...

Ive seen these on my pale peru ray they are bites, i found my geos to be doing it.

Thank you for the advice, i use a sump filter its about 250 liters volume, so maybe its because biting by other fish right? thanks

what are the params of your water??? thats a heavy bioload....
