I heard kid rock performed and then walked off stage and cold cocked tommy right away, and supposedly tommy got kid rock pretty good in the fight that ensued..

No I don't think it was on air. That was all from what I gathered when the mtv hosts were discussing it on air.

Only part of Kid Rock I saw was when they were discussing "Best New Artist" nominee's and they said "let's check in with one of the losers of this award from a couple years ago and see how his life has changed from not winning this award" and kid rock was there and said "I eat p***y for breakfast"
