What happened to my fish??

OK so i have two small silver dollars, about one inch, and yesterday i did a water change on my tank.

This morning when i went to feed my fish one of them was missing.

It was no where to be found in the tank, no one in my family had seen it dead or taken it out of the tank, and i looked all around the floor by the tank and it was not there either. Also there are no predatory fish in my tank

What do you think happened to him?

It had to of jumped out.. Did you check everywheres in the tank? Is it possible that it could've got sucked up your filter?

Yes i looked everywhere even under rocks and in the filter, it is the strangest thing but i am still searching

Fish don't have to be predatory to eat another one. What are the other fish they're with

a black kuhli loach a clown loach and a cory catfish

a dog but she is at my grandparents for a while

It could've died and was eaten. At 1 inch, it can be easily consumed head to tail by its tankmates and the shredded leftovers sucked by the filter.

If you have a wood cabinet there is a opening in the back and he may be under the stand.
