What happened to my goldfish?

My goldfishes have been lying on the bottom of the tank all day long, looking gloomy...I am not sure what is wrong with them..

I also notice that there are blood clots on the back of this particular goldfish.

Pls advise me what have happened to them.

how many fish and of what kind are in the tank
what is your cleaning schedule?
do you have a test kit? if so what are the readings?
