What happened to my Molly?

It is an orange salicin, and yesterday I noticed it was extremely thin, and had white bumps on his eyes and some on his body, I am absolutely certain it is not ich, don't say it is. It happened before to one of my guppies in a different tank. Does any one know what it is, I will upload some pics soon.<br />
