Don't know anyone by the name "Milk"; but...perhaps he gave up on the fish hobby? It happens...not going to assume he did or get your hopes down, but its certainly a possibility. Either that, or maybe hes on vacation or taking a break?

Hope hes still around, cuz it sounds like you miss his absence
