This is a serious question. I posted this on the face book page and all i got was "just keep your head up kiddo" sort of responses. Will we become megafishkeepers? But honestly what will happen?

Depends that what they determine infringes...that part will have to be changed...when my friend got sued by intel, she had to change all letterheads, registeation, reorder checks, stationaries, etc. I hardly think there will be any punitive damage awards but I'm not a lawyer.

After watching this, I understand what this fight is about now, but still just like the man said in the video..... Trademark infringement is a problem, and I think that if new laws need to be set into place to protect small business and their logos, then that is what needs to happen. Hopefully, the petition will help MFK through all of this mess.
I read in the newspaper, here in Houston, that Monster Energy Drink had to pull drinks off their shelf because a woman ended up mysteriously dead after drinking their product.....
