I saw this flowerhorn at my friends house. It looks weird and not sure what happened to it. Can someone ID this fish and let me. Know why the colors are so weird

Lol nothing wrong with the fish. It's hybrid it is part Thai silk and SRD IMO. Meaning it's a mix so red and green bluish hue to it. It looks fine to me and it's a Kamfa.

Sorry but your friend didn't do anything wrong to this guy

I thought that they fed a lot of red coloring food to a kamfamalau and caused some allergic reaction
