what heaters do you use in your sump?

I am looking for recomendations on a heater to go in an 18 gallon rubermaid sump for a 75 gallon tank.

I figure it needs to be completly submersible because my water level won't be all that high, and it can't melt the plastic in the sump.

reccomendations, as far as how many watts? or what brand? also it wont melt your sump. you should put the heater where the water is moving by it the fastest so it will more evening heat the tank water. to stagnant of water and the heater will turn off/on all the time.
