What HOB overflow?

So I got a sump setup with a 1800 gph pump. Need a overflow for my
120 gallon tank. Wich one isnt super loud and works well?
Was looking at Aqueon AQE34509 Proflex Overflow Box 400 2200Gph.

CPR makes super silent overflows but I'm not sure if they make one trhat flows 1800gph. They make them up to 1600 for sure, maybe run two 1000gph?
Anyway, 1800gph through a 120? Damn.

the aqueon is a 2200 gph does anyone have any expereince with it?

Drill a hole in the tank. Overflow boxes fail eventually. Gravity doesn't.

I just took an aluminum baseball bat to my CPR oveflow last week after cleaning up water off the floor for the third time.

Baseball bat and a glass hole saw solved my problem.

lol I guess thats one way to destroy an overflow. On a differant note i guess i been lucky, i have an overflow box that i have had for 6 years with no issues
