Since i been trying to find female crosses for about a year, i decided to put up both my argus/flavi crosses and the three way cross for sale. Im hoping to sell one or 2 of them and then keep the remaining ones and hope to find some females as there is no point of me having 3 males no females.

Also i getting ready to have the shed built in 2 months and decided to have it made into a 12x14 instead of the 12x24 as i want to give my tortoises outdoor cages for the summer and that will take up some space. Im planning on having a large group of Russians and i want to due an expierment with them. When i say experiment i mean keep them outside year long in well drained soil with tons of hides (if it can be done in Minnesota it can be done in NY).
My cages i will be building soon will be either 8x6x4 or (2) 8x3x4 wich will have chicken wire 2ft under the ground and connected so theres no dig outs. Im all so need to figure a way to deal with the racoons (alot behind my house) Im thinking 2 layers of chicken wire will due it. One on the outside and one on the inside just to be safe. This should be done in May/june

sounds BA. but i would still worry about those dam racoons, they are so smart. if i were you i would use heavy gauge 1" square whole fencing, for both your torts and another layer on the outside with at least six inches in between the two layers. whatever you think you will need to keep those guys out, double it!
i've watched a racoon try to get into my hen house, give up, comebeack with two buddies, work as a team and pull the chicken wire off the windows.

Yeah they are very smart. I watched two raccoons open a large cooler of mine when I was camping in Florida. It had a big rock put on top of it too to keep them out. The one coon pushed the rock off and the other opened the cooler. It was too deep for them to reach anything so as the one held the lid open the other jumped inside and came back out with a pack of hotdogs. It was so funny to watch I let them keep the dogs.

i saw this huge like troop (i guess) of raccoons climb on top of a chair push everything off the cooler, open it and get like 4 sunkists out and open one of em and they sat there and drank out of them like a human.they would grab it with both hands and just slam it down but we shooed them off.

I just got a female argus today and i put her with my 3way cross. This is what she was living in before i got her with a 100f basking spot

Heres a few cage pics from yesterday, i finally found where i put the plug. My screen on my camera is broken so not as nice photos as i wanted. Also some pics of the female from today, she is older then my other female by a couple months yet is half her size thickness and smaller length wise, my female Kira is 36inches +. I put her in with my 3way cross for some pics as you can see there about the same size. Not the best looking cages but they due the job, and there is still alot more to due to them.

Its still missing the other things i added

for size reference, my male 3way is about 28 inches
