What I this fish?

My LFS has this fish. They say it's a freshwater barracuda. It doesn't look like a barracuda to me. I was hoping someone would have an idea of what it is.

I found it. Its a Rhamphochromis macrophthalmus or malawi barracuda

pretty cool fish! couldn't remember it's name but knew it was african species, we was actually looking at it in a book last week, bigbend is right pretty sure.

Yes,Rhamphochromis is an African cichlid and shame on the guy at the store for trying to pass it off as some kind of barracuda.

I guess this should be a Malawi barracuda too, because of his wings.
