I bought my male from petland discounts 2 years ago and recently bought my female from the same place at 7", they both look very alike, they are breeding I just wanna know what happens if by some wild chance they come from the same stock?, would I be dealing with deformed jag fry or what? Someone help

Probably nothing... If they were inbreed generation after generation then yes, you could have many deformed fry

Probably not a problem, just make sure you thoroughly cull the fry as deformities become obvious as they grow.
In any pair, even wild caught, unrelated fish, a number of the fry will have deformities.
The percentage rises the more closely related they are, but the number of fry in any normal spawn is so high, it would be hard to raise even half to 2".
