What is a butis butis? (Crazy fish)

They are for sale at my local store, but I want to know more about them if i buy one.

They are brackish water fish. Shouldn't be kept with the same species or smaller fish. Ideally they should be kept with bigger, differently shaped non territorial fish, like scats. Water parameters are the same as most tropical fish. Between 72-80 degres.
