what is a easy fish to breed?

theres very few fish that u can breed easy that make money. If u get long fin albino bristlenose thats a bit of money. 30-40 babies and each baby is about $8 if sold to a store. Ask ur local store what they need a supplies of.
 
o yeh i didnt meen make a living out of them just nothing thats like neons. u know dont get much for the work u have put in to them. i like all surgestions so far. but i only have a a 8 gallons to work with so cant go nothing to big. o and my other question is when u have the fri in the tank with the filter how do u stop them from getting sucked into the filter? my snail layed fri and a few got sucked in and i felt terrible. how do u stop that? thanks for your time. Troy
 
u can get a filter sponge cut a hole in and wrapit around ur filter intake...instant fry saver :)
 
Try jacks or convicts or you can also breed mbuna africans you will at least get a little back, in the fish hobby if you break even you are doing good.

ONLY 8 gallons?

then try small species such as the clown killie as they do fetch really good prices for the eggs alone and the fry is really easy to raise once you know what youre doing
 
Gold Heterandria formosa, Tiger teddy, wild least killifish, pygmy killifish, japanese ricefish, endlers and wild guppies could work with 8gal tank and a spare tank for fry.
