what is a fader flower horn?

A fish who practically gets a new color. A fish can go from a silver and red to randomly an orange. I currently have a mystery fish from petsmart that is fading atm. He looked like a normal convict and then randomly I see him and he is orange with black marks on him. Normally when a fish fades I think that they get new coloring when they are done fading. Someone correct me if im wrong. but this is what I have observed. I might be wrong

The one on the left that is a fader, he use to look allot like the female but faded.
