ive been turning on my lights when i get home about 330 pm then turning then off around 11 pm,75 gal yellow tang coral angel ,fox face,kole tang 2 convict gobys,2 clowns,one head of hammer,1 hrad of candy kane 2 nice mushrooms,79lbs live rock ,purple tip anomine ,thanks john ,ps iam new to this kinda

Corals need 10 hrs of light IMO. I run mine from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm. If you don't have corals, you don't need as much light. You have corals, so I'd get a timer and setup a 10 hr schedule.
