Hi, quality food will means about the ingredients, nutrients, if it clouds the water, mess the water chemistry and a lot of factors to go on. basically quality food will means, "What's inside the food". There will be a lot of food requirements in different types of fish, but we may go on with cichlids as they're pretty much one of the fish that are always present. Well this is a good read for aquatic fish food.
