What is a "Marbled Gar"??????

My LFS could not get in a spotted for me, but said that a "marbled gar" is on the order. What is it????? I've never heard of one. Anybody know???

my work has them all the time i dont know much about them but i think they get 8 in there really cool looking

Its a type of tetra / charcin its not a true gar species...

Thanks for all the info guys, I will NOT be picking this guy up. I'll hold out for my spotted or Fl gar! Thanks! If anybody knows of a good source (online orders) let me know!
