What is all over my tank??

Just noticed last night, came out of no where! These tiny slugs crawling on the glass and ALL over my plants! What are they and how do I get rid of them!? I posted some pics not sure if u can see them

nematodes possibly or even snails that came from the plants? just a guess tho

They don't look like they have triangle heads they kinda stay in bunches on the tank walls nothing on the rocks or or ornaments
