The main thing is tank size. How big is your tank? You've got 4 oscars in there so a 250 -300 gal tank will be needed to keep them growing and healthy. And some serious filtration and w/cs.

With the right tank size you can decorate any way you like as long as the fish have swimming room. Oscars get massive, thick and clumsy so don't get sharp stuff. If oscars don't have enough space they will thin the herd themselves from territory issues. Friends when small can turn on each other at a certain size.

I recommend not scaping the tank with too many decorations as the space is def not adequate for those oscars and plants/ driftwood would end up taking even more space. Also many Oscar owners have experienced that as they grow, they will start ripping out any artificial decoration and destroy them so Keep that in mind.

Finally, I hate to be that guy, but I've watched several threads where experiences members are giving you advice regarding your tank size and how it is inadequate for you tank and you seem to disregard the comments or ignore them. We aren’t trying to be mean or snobbish but just know that once these oscars get larger (in a few months) there will be a blood bath and other issues that come with crowding large SA cichlids in a small tank. Again good luck again! Hope all goes well!

I understand,but i wouldn't put 4 oscars in a 125 ,i had 3 in a 150 and it was a blood bath.Maybe you could downsize by rehoming a couple of them.

Yeah I understand. Just giving you a heads up so no bad feelings! But I would say, some of the comments you made should be reconsidered. Although you may know a lot, experience is key to fish keeping so I would just be careful. Good luck!
