what is better bio chem zorb or chemi pure

wat will be better for a fresh water and saltwatertank that removes ammonia, nitrate, nitrites, toxins, dissolved oragnics, copper bio chem zorb or chemi pure

i think there both relatively effective. why not try RO/DI water. generally runs cheaper then chemicals every month.

is it ok if i put the pouches near carbon cartridge? the reason why i dont use ro water is that my saltwater tank is only a 29 gallon, and its small fish only, nothing difficult. damsels, clown, tang.

its fine that you use tap water but this kinda thing should be expected.

as far as i know carbon will not effect the operation of the chemi-pure or bio chem zorb. i would look into that a bit more though.
