What is floating around my tank

Vid isn't very clear I can't tell.
 
I feed him once or twice a day never has food left over. I don't think they are parasites cuz they don't swim. They look like either pieces of tiny fabric or maybe dead tiny worms. I don't know but the definitely dont move on their own the get moved around by the water current.

Could be planaria worms but they are due to over feeding/bad water quality which it doesn't sound like you have.
 
That's why I am confused. It's a new tank. At first I thought it may have come from my filter media that I used From established tank to speed up my cycle which it did. But I looked at my established tank very carefully and I didn't see anything in there.

I do have an idea though. When I setup my new tank I got sand as a substrate and it was pre washed so I didn't bother washing it again I just added water and started up my tank. Maybe it came from that.??
