What is going on with arowana scales?

Hi,
Have you gotten your water tested for PH/ammonia/nitrites?
Bad water quality can cause corrosion on the scales of the arowana
I check my water regularly and it's not anything with that. I think I finally figured out the I've been over dosing seachem safe. I never really measure how much I was putting in. I would just dump a little bit in each water change. I was putting way to much. In reading other threads here on the forum I came to this conclusion. It was causing all kinds of trouble for me
