Well, It for sure has been a interesting few days, (finally sober after a long B-Day weekend)
220 Gallon: (Gen Pop - 3.0)
Added a great quad of Awesome Loiselle to the 220 from BaldTaxGuy - Female 3 (4") is not doing so well, Female 2 (4.5") is ok, Female #1 (5") is good, Male (6") is good to Great, but needs to stay the hell out of "Abyss" way. (Grammode has been named, Abyss, as in Screw with him, and you will end up in....have not done that (named a fish) since Mango, Miss my Mango...).
Added My Beautiful sp. "Red" Isleta (4") from Tezr via Biggin, (AT Friends) Seems to be doing great, the different body shape seems to be sparing him from any attention from Abyss.
Added 5 smaller Amarillos from BaldTaxGuy, all between 3-3.5", have 2 left, Abyss found them delicious.
75 Gallon: Geos/Loaches/Corys/Plecos
Added 10 Geophagus altifrons from Peter Durkin (3") as the main residents of the 75, took out the Pictus, The Syndontis sp hybrids, and the G. sp.nieva, The 75 will house only the Alfies, Loaches, and my Fancy Plecos. (Sultan-L264, Clown-L104, RubberLip-L187, Leopard Cactus-L114, and Butterfly-L168). The Alfies will eventually be split into a smaller group, and split with BaldTaxGuy, (traded for some Geophagus Albios), and then the 125 will have 3 species of Geo, Alfies,Albios, and Nieva. (But a guy is offering me some Orange Head Fry.....Arrrrggghh!)
45 Gallon - 30 Gallon: Geo/Gymnos
Moved the G sp.Nieva Pair to the 45 (Temporary - 30 is the final home), and am working on getting 3-4 more females. Had a choice to keep the Nieva, or offered a proven pair of Geophagus sp. "Bahia Reds", (Thank you Sam, BaldTaxGuy loves em!) decided to keep the Nieva, as they will mix better when the 125 comes for the Geo/Loach/Cory/BA Tetras Tank....May add some SD's later when I get the bigger tank. I learned a lesson with the BA Tetras, Will not do that again, they will go with the peacefull Geos/SA Tank. (Abyss found them Delicious, (as he usually does) #$@%^&!!!)
Grabbed 9 Gymnogeophagus sp. "Blue Neon" "Valentines" from Girabaldi, with some Swords (Mikey-What is the true name of the swords I got from you?) to mix with the Paso Pasche I "Rio Santa Lucia" (Dudeman, that is their full name according to Felipe), Mixing very well, They will own the 45 (75 Footprint, 12" high).
10 Gal Grow Out: (Izzy)
The 55 for Izzy (C.Instlanthum) is coming in the next few weeks (Got to finish my buddy's 150 for his severums, and my payment is his 55 setup).
That's What I have going on, Thoughts, Feedback??
Nuthman Abides~
