looks photoshopped the rear ends look like a skink like blue tongue or something like that. could be wrong but that's my guess.

Definitely a deep sea species. Probably trawled up as a food fish in an Asian country.

my favorite deep-sea fish,
the Grenadier. Related to Cusks and Cod.
They are VERY badly affected by being brought to the surface, so they look wierd.
