what is it worth?

I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned about the price of their flowerhorn. If it's in your price range and you like it it's worth it IMO. He looks healthy and I like the shape, big tail and colors. From a private seller id do $50 or so, a store no more than 100. Im in SoCal though and there are tons of fh available here at reasonable prices. Nice pick up. Cheers.

well it's still not mine YET
i just wanted to know how much it is worth because some random dude is asking for around $170 for this FH
and i wanted to know how much do you guys think this is worth
here FHs are really expensive as not many pet stores sell them

I would to try to get him down to a hundo but wouldn't pay no more than 120 for him how big is he like 7-8 inches

I hate price questions because it usually differs huge depending on the area you are in, how common/rare the animal is, and at the end of the day the only thing that matters is if you are happy with it. Sure the mahority of people think ada aquariums are bugattis are overpriced, but if you have the money and think its worth it who cares what others think? Im sure you know the market in your area better than most so you are probably the best to put a value on it. To me its worth about 3 bucks but I have no interest in fh. Doesnt mean u should pay 3 bucks

my dear friend, i am asking this price question only because i'd like to know others opinion on this fish
here flowerhorns are highly overpriced and i'd like to know if it's really worth buying that fish for $170
if you have the money, it's obvious that you can buy any fish that you'd want to
and one last thing
if you're not a Fh fan, then please refrain from spouting nonsense into the wrong section
get a life!

Ok well you answered the question yourself, in the area you are in the prices are high. So why does it matter what people in cali think its valued at? Check with australians if you want reassurance your price is good, check with asians if you want to hear how low it can be valued. Nobody can decide if its a good deal other than you (unless you are on a regional forum which you arent)

is there a problem if i want to check with the whole world how much this fish is worth?
how does it matter to you?
in any case, you are NOT a FH fan, so keep your comments to yourself coz i didn't ask for them
