while browsing cragslist add I came across someone selling some med-large aquarium fish, there are a few I plan on picking up from the seller, but I wasnt shure what one of the fish The person was selling was. I googled it and didnt come up with anything this what it was listed as.

What is it?
is it a good deal?
could I get a pic if possible?

I think they ment to say its a salvini

yeah i was going to say sounds like salvini 4" $4 is a great deal imo, but they are really aggressive fish. beautiful but aggressive.

well im going to go look at the fish and possibly buy some of them this week, so if i like the look of it ill buy it, at the moment its in a tank with lots of other cichlids bigger and smaller then it, so maybe growing up in a community tank would help its aggresion?

nah mate it doesn't matter what size fish they are kept with - they are mean little SOB's. i had to get rid of my breeding pair as they claimed half of my 7' tank. and they were in with jaguars and cubans
