i am new to salt and got told to buy live rock for my tank to help cycle it so i did and it sat there over night doing it thing in my tank well in the morning it had these cool looking feather things is that natural or bad just wondering and what are they

i can try to when i get off work i thought nothing would live in their till the live sand and rock got done cycling.
thanks for the help yall i got off late and didnt bother with the pics ill get them this weekend is it common to buy rock and get cool little extras with it

Yes it could be a feather duster. You just don't know what creature may have piggy-backed on and joined your family.
