Not my catch, but curious, seen it on other fish.

Looks like areas where leeches attached.

If you liven an area where VHS is common (Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia) it could be that.
If you google VHS disease in fish, many images are close.
If you have an aquarium, never add fish or feeders from that area.
