the term of platinum is caught my eye
exactly what is the meaning of platinum bichir?
what traits are they suppose to possess ?

the pict of orna above is not belong to me,i just pick up from google
but my friend is offering me orna that look a like above pict and he acclaim that its a platinum orna
but the color of orna body is not white or metalic..
its very different with my platinum senegal

in some case the pattern in orna fin will permanently disappear when he achieve 35 cm..that orna now is 20 cm..so do you hv ever seen orna like the picture above?

The Ornate above isnt platinum, just washed out Ornate. I usually look for white-snow color and black eyes. There are pictures of platinum Ornate somewhere on MFK.

yah the ornate in the pic might have poor genes giving it the lack of color and pattern.
