What is some good frozen foods that i can "spike" with more healthy foods for my wolffish?

i have shiners but their mouths are so small it is almost impossible to put anything in them!

You can prob use a syring to inject some liquid vitamins. Gl!

Make a small cut and insert some catfish tablets (Tera TabiMin).

try silver sides if thats not what you mean when you say shinners im pretty sure your talking about freshwater shinners but yah silver sides have ok size mouths mabey you could shove some pellets into them
