What is that lump? What do i do?

I was looking at my fish tank today and noticed this big white bump is there anything to do or be wooried about thanks.

Looks like a tumor but not sure.

I agree. One of my mbuna has a lump on its side. As long as he is swimming and eating normal I will leave him in the tank.
