does anybody know? im looking at the total weight of a tank that is 108x36x30 and 1/2" and 5/8". anyone know what either weight is? thank you...

.63 ounces/cubic inch, according to my calculations. I had a piece in my garage that is 17 5/8 x 15 7/16 x 1/4. It weighed 43 ounces. It might not be perfectly accurate (mostly because my scale is just a postage scale) but it's pretty close.
To figure out what the tank will weigh you would need to know what panels are 1/2" and which are 5/8" , minus cutouts in the top.

1/2" = 322 lbs.
5/8" = 404 lbs.

yeah, i was going to say ive seen this tank hold water with no problem. i just dont remember the thickness

Anybody else with 30" deep tanks made from 1/2" acrylic?
I got a couple of quotes from tenecor the 96x36x24" weights 441 pounds and is made from 1/2" acrylic. The 96x36x30" is 639 pounds and made from 3/4" acrylic.
This is the weight on the quotes, not sure if the is actual tank weight or total shipping weight which would include the crating.
