In Cambodia I presume? No idea, you should check with local sellers there. In the US, particularly on the East coast, they're startlingly cheap and common. If you're talking about G. funibris, you're aware they get 8 feet (240+ cm) right? If so, why don't you look for a G. javanicus, I bet it would be cheaper, and they get even bigger.
G. funebris are pretty inexpensive, seen small ones go for $60-80 US...that being said, there are much better smaller morays that can be as menacing and ferocious looking, like G. fimbriatus
