what is the best food to feed a convict pair

im trying to get my pair of convicts to breed.
1.what should i feed them?
im feeding them bloodworms brineshrimp and cichlid gold.
2.how often should i feed them?

True dat ^ cool your tank down a little go for about 78-80F keep feeding them what you feeding them watch the female if shes digging and moveing stuff around shes makeing a nest and it won't be long till she breeds feed them twice a day for around three days after shes started digging then start feeding one good meal once a day then do a large water change around 60% and then they should spawn it shouldn't even take that much work
