what is the best food to feed tinfoils

what is the best food to feed tinfoils? ive been feeding mine pellets and ive tried veggies but he wont eat it. what is the best food to feed them i want them to grow fast. i havent seen much growth from him since i got him 3 months

you can feed them whatever you want.. they are practically garbage disposal units. lol. i think the best thing is a good varied diet. i feed them sinking carnivore, freeze dried krill and hikari gold cichlid pellets

My tinfoils eat whatever is being fedd the other fish. They eat anything. Pellets floating and sinking flakes i even saw one take a rosie.

I fed mine flakes, shrimp pellets, floating carnivore sticks, and the occasional market shrimp suspended by a string.

try a decent brand that has high vegetable matter,probably a cichlid/koi pellet
