Paragaurd by Seachem - only thing it doesn't treat is fungal infections and works in both saltwater and freshwater, though I haven't had Hemorrhagic Septicemia in any of my tanks so can't say how effective it is against that. You could also try Melafixm Maracyn, or Furan-2 as well.

I am not sure if it is a gram neg or positive bacteria that is causing your problem. But both maracyn and maracyn2 can be used at the same time with out harm. To the fish that is. If you use this or any other antibiotic in a main tank say good bye to your beneficial bacteria. Cause antibiotics kill all bacteria's no matter if they are good or bad.

Keep an eye on your biofilter as these meds can also kill off your beneficial bacteria as well.

Ciprofloxacin or Levaquin would probably be the most effective, but I've never seen them offered for sale for aquaria

Kanamycin or kanaplex
