Hi got advised to keep it aroun 78-80
But mine is at 89.6 now will this harm my live rock?
or help any other like nitrate to get higher or others?

at this moment it's summer here and hot as hell 35 /40+ degrees

also i freeze in the water of my tank to cool it down is this harmfull?

going to look at my Marine dvd again so brushes up knowledge over it all

Yowza that's hot! You need to find a way to cool the tank to 76-78 degrees. And it needs to be constant...AC and a fan perhaps? You may need to invest in a chiller...

you freeze?

Yeah the water out my tank put it in a freezer so it's a block ice and put it in sump so it cools down
would this be bad???

just did a few with it wasn't ice but just cold to or would this be better?

cause when freezing it does something happens to nitrate or anything?

I think a large block of ice might fluctuate temperatures too much. So your tank is 79 without a heater? Could need a chiller.
