What is the best way to buy bulk ghost shrimp?

I have fish who refuse to eat anything but ghost shrimp. Have tried to get them on other foods without much luck. They will eat dead ghost shrimp from my hands, but wont eat ghost shrimp that have been dried.

What would be my best option for buying ghost shrimp in bulk? A LFS will order me a box of 1000 live ones for $80, but I was wondering if there is any better deals out there. This store is 100 miles away, so it would be closer to 110 to 115 including tax and gas and all that.
