what is the best way to get african cichlids to breed

I was wondering how to get my tank set up for breeding Africans it is a peacock tank with several different types of fish

I have no flat rocks, and no caves, and they still don't stop. Even the clean water suggestion is not that important. I do twice weekly water changes, and if I want to induce spawning, I'll skip one change then do a large 50% change at slightly cooler water. Within 24 hours I'll have a few females holding. Even have one azureus female that lays eggs with no males around..

Once they start, you can't stop them lol

For me, african cichlids breed rather frequently... Just keep the water chemistry good!
